Cultivated on the fertile hillside in Sarawak under tropical climate, our black peppercorns are picked underripe before sundried. Its gifted signature heat, garnished with woody, floral & pungent notes, is known to complement almost any savory dish imaginable. [ Grind It Yourself ]
While we also offer a range of freshly, finely ground peppers, you may prefer to grind your whole peppercorns on the spot to get the most out of the peppers' aromatic natural oils. Grinding Conversion: 1 tsp of whole peppercorns will give you about 1.5 tsp of finely ground pepper.
[ Leave It Whole or Lightly Crushed ]
Wrap the whole peppercorns (or lightly crushed for spicier kick) in a cheesecloth or muslin pouch to infuse your long-simmered stew or soup with a warm, peppery flavor. Use it to brine/pickle your fruits, vegetables & proteins for a hint of spice.
