Indication:

Black elderberry (Sambucus nigra) has been used for centuries and is widely known as a potent source of antioxidants and its immune supporting properties. Black elderberry is rich in flavonoids, anthocyanins, polyphenols, pectic polysaccharides and lectins, which are responsible for its efficacy in managing common cold and flu. It was also the major ingredient in cold & flu remedies used during the 1918 Spanish Flu epidemic. It has been shown in many clinical studies to be effective against virus- and bacteria-induced respiratory tract infections. Dosage and Administration:

Adults: Take 10ml 3 times daily.

Children 6 to 12 years: Take 10ml once daily.

Children 2 to 5 years: Take 7.5ml once daily.

-Can be taken before or after food.

-Shake well before use.

-Use the dosage cup provided.

-Best taken at first sign of cold within 48 hours of the onset of symptoms.
