Refunds and Return Policy

Rest assured, Nulatex complies with regulatory requirements and international certifications to ensure that all our condoms are tested sufficiently before they are packaged and delivered to our customers. Due to these regulations, we do not accept liability for products damaged during transit or delivery. If you have a quality-related issue or concern regarding your product, please contact our chat agent.

In the event if you are not satisfied with your order for the reasons stated below, you may contact our chat agent during working hours to request a return and refund. Please do so as soon as possible upon receiving your order and provide supporting photos.

i) Received insufficient items - Some of the items ordered were not received.

ii) Received the wrong product - Received a wrong product (type/ size) compared to the product that was ordered.

Our Return & Refund policy is valid for 7 days upon delivery for orders that meet the above criteria. Strictly no exchange for all orders. If you would like to return any product, it must be unused, returned in the state you received it (i.e. unopened) and in the original packaging. Please reach out to our chat agent, and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Due to the health regulations for sexual health products and medical devices, we hope you understand that there are situations where we cannot issue a Return & Refund:

i) Buyer’s change of mind - Change of opinion on product upon purchase of item and receipt of item will not be entitled to a refund.

ii) Product damaged during delivery - This includes product packaging such as delivery boxes/ wrapping sleeves, consumer box, and foil sachet containing the condom.

iii) Damaged product due to wrong usage/ application/ storage - Please consult our chat agent if you are unsure how to use or store the product.

iv) Tampered or opened products – Opened products without original packaging and sealing material are not returnable for refund.

v) Buyer placed an order with the wrong item - Please check your cart and confirm your purchase prior to checking out.

vi) Products near expiry on great promo - Expiry dates are advised on the product page. Please ensure it is acceptable prior to checking out.
